Master Service List

The Master Service List is posted and maintained as required by Rule 3779 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure and the June 12, 2020, Case Management Order of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania (the “Court”) in the Senior Health Insurance Company ("SHIP") Rehabilitation Proceeding, Docket No. 1 SHP 2020 (the “Rehabilitation Proceeding”). 

 
The Master Service List includes all parties to the SHIP Rehabilitation Proceeding in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and their counsel, and all other persons who have been included at their own request.

Changes in contact information, including transfer of responsibilities to another attorney in the firm and requests to be removed from the master service list, may be accomplished by notifying the Special Deputy Rehabilitator at:
