On November 6, 2023, Michael Kreidler, acting through the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner, filed a Petition for Declaratory Judgment on Validity of Agency Final Order in the Superior Court of the State of Washington, Thurston County, docket 23-2-03652-34, naming Senior Health Insurance Company of Pennsylvania (In Rehabilitation) as respondent.
